Therefore it is necessary for every house over 50 years be in possession of the building assessment report (IEE) segúnel RealDecreto 233/2013, of 5 April, by regulating the State Plan to promote rental housing, edificatoria rehabilitation, and regeneration and urban renewal, 2013-2016.
The IEE is a conservation report, accessibility and energy efficiency (CCE) and is applicable to every building originally intended for collective housing. In the case of the municipalities that are in possession of their own ordinances technical inspection of buildings (ITE) be included within the IEE in paragraph conservation and will be the equivalent document for compliance with this requisito.Actualmente in Tenerife, Only the municipalities of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and La Laguna have drafted these ordinances, but is expected before 2015 at least all municipalities with more than 25000 inhabitants the vigor.Existe enact and important financial statement statewide to subsidize this type of action. Exceptionally, This program is supported in buildings, without meeting the above conditions:
- Have serious structural damage or other, justifying their inclusion in the program.
- Have full as rental destination, during, at least 10 years from the receipt of aid.
Also this program will be subject to actions in the buildings indicated that target:
- Preservation. (Obtaining up 35% grant)
- Improving the quality and sustainability. (Obtaining up 35% grant)
- Reasonable accommodation for accessibility (Obtaining up 50% grant)
To get this grant must previously performed IEE, and then perform a pathological study if necessary and appropriate rehabilitation project. Without the Building Assessment Report is not possible to access these grants.
